The plot it's been insteresting so far yet, it feels like there something missing for it to be truly amazing, it just need that one more step. Common route was really short if you compare it to the lenghts of Hoshizora's common route but, it set everything quite nicely for the individual routes, IMO. ![]() The characters are all quite likeable (love Shinku's good night phrases) though, I wished there was more interaction between them. The water colors in the background and some other small details (like the moon) add to it. It's I'm actually being drawn into a world of fantasy. ![]() I personally like and enjoy the whole setting of the game and it's "feeling". I'm currently reading Favorite's Iritoridori no Sekai and I really like it, already finished Kana's route and currently on Kyo's. Quite nifty considering that there are quite many choice selections. The main cast of Iro ni is awesome-astic with your local tsundere oujo-sama who can easily be "forced" into her cutey-mode when she can only stutter "aww, aAnother good point: Once you are done with one route, you can just skip to the next decision point, if no new dialogues are inbetween. Oh well, her being the inoffical canon choice is not bad because her route was quite good + the personal drama was being kept relatively "short".Īs for Iro ni: It has similar to Muv-Luv Extra (the school life setting), slice of life for 90 % of the game with confession + love realisation at the end, BUT Iro ni's slice of life was for me waaaay superior than Muv-Luv Extra's boring school part. It could have been handled softer as in just ignoring her crush on Yuki (the male protagonist). It’s why they can afford to have this beach episode btw.įull-length images: 10, 16, 20, 23, 27, 34.And honestly, seeing her being rejected in each other route *was* painful to read/watch for me. UPDATE: If you haven’t heard, we just landed the rover on Mars and trashed all the BETA. Quick thanks here to Mochi for helpin’ out again. I’ll leave you guys with some nice full lengths below. Sure, they got a lot of episodes to work with, being a two cour… but still… I can’t help but be slightly worried. ![]() Though I do wonder if they might end up going too slow as well. Can’t say I like the idea of putting multiple beach episodes in a row, but least it shows that they won’t be rushing this series at all. Next time around… yet another beach episode. As such, it’s a welcome development that helps ease the plot a bit forward… well, as far forward as a beach episode can anyway. Not that it’s surprising though, as we’ve pretty much seen this moment in the making for a while now, but at least it means we’ll likely won’t see much more of the goading and disagreements from the previous episodes. In any case, it’s pretty clear the conflicts he’s had with Yui the past few episodes are starting to mellow out a bit, to the point where it’s pretty clear that both of em’ at least respect and might even have some semblance of attraction to each other. I can’t help but feel like he loses some of those manly points ya know? Haha. But on the other hand, his unwillingness to peep with Valerio… I dunno. That worrying and assistance he lends to Yui when Cryska passes out, quite manly indeed. Next, we have Bridges beginning to change his attitude a bit toward Yui, as well as show off his manliness. ![]() It definitely felt like a sharp jab at the Soviets in general and it’s just a bit shocking, because I never would’ve pictured those words coming out of her mouth at all. For one, there’s the comment from Stella, where she says “I guess Russians can’t understand other people’s kindness”. Aside from the healthy amount of bikini shots and so forth, there’s actually a few interesting tidbits here as well. I mean, how else would you get to fit in some fanservice, obligatory peeping attempts (from Valerio of course), and the stranded on a deserted island trope!? Wait what? You’re telling me they fit in some small instances of plot and character development? No way!īut, it’s true. This is a beach episode after all, and it just ain’t the same with some coincidental events that would never happen otherwise. I mean, it makes sense that they’re trying to do both at the same area/time to save resources and time, but combining those two terms together just feels so darn strange to say the least. Still, if there’s one thing I that keeps making me laugh a bit is how they decided to combine a tropical endurance test run with a photoshoot. This week, we get our obligatory beach episode, ripe with fanservice and attitude 180s from Yui and Bridges. It’s that time of the year for Tortilla Chips Total Eclipse… time to change the motor oil.
